Topic: An area that could benefit from some improvement in PTQ6

Hi

I don't know if this has been brought up before, but there is an area which is standing out as really needing some work in Pianoteq - namely, the response of the damper pedal noise, relative to the velocity of the pedal. Having just purchased a Kawai CA67, I was quite impressed to see that the level of damper noise generated by the pedal is affected by how fast you press/release it. Pianoteq, on the other hand, responds the same, whether you press it slowly (gently) or slam it down as hard as you can. A full velocity release-press (in that order) should result in a wonderful boom - almost like a distant explosion. It's also something that is very difficult to capture on a real piano without multiple mics - so it would be great to get a decent emulation in Pianoteq.

Any chance we could see this feature added in the near future?
